By accessing this website and using any of the services or functions of this site, the customer accepts the terms and conditions stated here and the notices under the "Terms and conditions of use" section.

PCSHOP24 does not guarantee that the Website, uninterrupted or error-free.

No contract exists between the Customer and the PCSHOP24 for the sale of any goods until PCSHOP24 has received and accepted your order, has received payment in full (in cleared funds) and the order has been shipped or collected. Once PCSHOP24 does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, PCSHOP24 will inform you as soon as possible and you may request to amend the order or put it on back-order. 

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on PCSHOP24 website are accurate at the time you place your order. The pcshop24 reserves the right to amend any quoted prices including the shipping charges at any time prior to dispatch. If an error is found, PCSHOP24 will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If PCSHOP24 does not receive an order confirmation within 3 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If cancelled, pcshop24 will re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the PCSHOP24 website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery or collection date and time for payment shall be of the essence. There will be no delivery or collection until cleared funds are received.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, PCSHOP24 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, PCSHOP24 will inform you as soon as possible. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by PCSHOP24 in advance of the quoted delivery date. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under PCSHOP24  control, we will inform you as soon as possible. However, should the Customer not make reasonable arrangements to receive the goods being shipped, the Customer will be liable for a restocking fee of 25% for the goods, in addition to shipping, handling and insurance fees.

Please note that if you opt for delivery without insurance the order is carried at your own risk and PCSHOP24 accepts no liability for loss or damage to such property or any consequential loss or damage arising therefrom.

Once the goods have been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods and let PCSHOP24 know within 24 hours of any problems. If incorrect goods have been received, PCSHOP24 will arrange for collection of the goods and delivery of the correct goods. If the goods have been opened or tampered with in any way the customer will be held liable for any charges or non-credit from our suppliers.

PCSHOP24 reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue any goods.

The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the fitness for purpose of the goods for the Customer's application. PCSHOP24 accepts no liability whatsoever or howsoever in respect of loss, damage or expense arising from errors in information or advice provided, whether or not due to PCSHOP24 negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors.

The entire liability of PCSHOP24 under or in connection with the Contract with the Customer shall not exceed the price for the goods.

If the description of any goods contained in this website or any correspondence, advertising material, or invoice varies from that of the manufacturers description, the manufacturers description will be deemed to be the correct description and shall take precedence over PCSHOP24 description. In most cases, the manufacturers description is available from PCSHOP24 on request.

Any price list, catalogue, advertising matter or similar materials issued by PCSHOP24 are intended only as an indication as to price and range of products available and information therein shall not be binding on PCSHOP24.

The services provided by PCSHOP24 are only available to those legally entitled to enter into a binding contract. Children under 18 years of age may only use this website with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

As a condition to your use of this website, you warrant to PCSHOP24 that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.

The website may contain hyperlinks to websites offered by other parties other than PCSHOP24. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference and convenience only. PCSHOP24 does not have control over other websites and therefore is not responsible for their content.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and PCSHOP24 chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

PCSHOP24 may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
